The Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Summer Internship Program 2026 is officially open for applications. As one of Egypt’s leading real estate and community developers, TMG’s annual summer program is highly structured, typically welcoming around 1,200 students to gain hands-on experience across its massive corporate and field operations (including major hubs like Madinaty, Al Rehab, and their primary corporate offices).
The program structure, eligibility requirements, and available training rounds for this summer are detailed below:
📅 Training Rounds & Timeline
The internship is divided into five distinct 2-week rounds throughout the summer, allowing students to choose a slot that fits their academic schedule:
Round 1: Starts July 1, 2026
Round 2: Starts July 16, 2026
Round 3: Starts August 1, 2026
Round 4: Starts August 16, 2026
Round 5: Starts September 1, 2026
🎓 Target Demographics & Fields
The program is highly inclusive, accepting undergraduate university students from First Year through Final Year (Graduating Class).
TMG accepts applicants from a wide variety of academic backgrounds depending on the department:
Engineering: Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical (ideal for site construction, facility management, and infrastructure roles).
Business & Finance: Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, and Finance.
Technology: Computers & Information, Computer Science, and Management Information Systems (MIS).

On-Site Experience: Technical tracking, project management, or facility operations in massive integrated communities or luxury hospitality projects (e.g., Four Seasons or Kempinski portfolios).
